THE CHRIST CHURCH CHOIR

Worship is the core of our life, and at the heart of worship at Christ Church is Music. Under the direction of Dr. Steven Pilkington, the Christ Church choir is comprised of professional and volunteer singers, and is one of the most vital in the city. The choir leads congregants during the Sunday services through robust arrangements of music celebrating our love for God and each other, joining voices and a wide range of instruments. The traditional Sunday program is frequently supplemented with innovative musical works that reflect our diverse congregation. Listeners are treated to hymns, psalms, or poems made more inspirational by original musical arrangements written by Dr. Pilkington. THE PARISH CHOIR

The Christ Church Parish Choir is a volunteer choir open to Christ Church members and friends. Parish Choir participants come from a wide variety of music backgrounds. Some can read music off the page, and some learn music better by listening and repeating. Some have years and years of formal training, and some have sung primarily around their home. Regardless of an individual's music background, Parish Choir is a welcoming space for anyone who is interested in singing, community, and God. Contact amanda@christchurchnyc.org for more information

CHILDREN’S CHOIR

Children's Choir welcomes all Christ Church members and friends, grades K-6. Choir is a wonderful opportunity for musical and vocal development, for spiritual development, for making friends, and most importantly, for returning God's gifts through worship leadership. This year we will offer seasonal children's choir projects - three consecutive rehearsals that lead up to singing in Sunday worship. Sign up for the projects that work with your schedule! SHEPHERDS HANDBELL CHOIR

Shepherds Handbell Choir is for advanced ringers with substantial experience in handbell ringing. We work towards major projects and concert performances, and provide monthly musical offerings for worship.
