Service Opportunity on May 5 @ 1pm:  Help Adoptable Rescued NYC Cats & Kittens Experience Loving Humans

You are cordially invited to join Christ Church's Creation Care volunteer team for a special private event experience at the Meow Parlour's brand-new expanded cat cafe & rescue shelter in Chinatown!  Led by Jackie DeGroat and Jay Rice, our group departs by subway after our 11am Sunday worship service for a lunch hour of playing with and socializing adoption-ready rescued NYC kittens and cats and mingling with fellow animal lovers connected to Christ Church.  

Your free ticket to this limited-capacity event includes 50 minutes interacting with the cats, playing optional games with cat-themed prizes, and time for Q&A with a Humane Society legal volunteer and a knowledgeable foster volunteer for the ASPCA and other local animal shelters.  

Brunch-friendly baked goods, coffee, and beverages are available for separate purchase on site.  The new Meow Parlour menu will be provided in advance!
